We give every renovation client a detailed project programme before work begins, with weekly updates throughout. Our site supervisors are on-site daily, coordinating trades and monitoring quality so you don't have to. You will always know where your project stands.

We know that living through or around a renovation is stressful. We manage that stress by being proactive, honest, and organised.   • Do I need to move out during the renovation?

    For full renovations, we generally recommend vacating the property to allow works to proceed safely and efficiently. For partial renovations or phased works, we can design a programme that allows you to remain in occupation — with appropriate dust and noise management protocols in place.

  • How do you handle HDB approval requirements?

    We manage all HDB renovation permit applications on your behalf. Our team is familiar with HDB's renovation guidelines and approved contractor requirements. We ensure all works are compliant before commencement, protecting both your investment and your tenancy.

  • What warranty do you provide on renovation works?

    We provide a 12-month defects liability period on all our renovation works. Any defects arising from workmanship or materials within this period are rectified at our cost. Specific items such as waterproofing carry extended warranties as specified in your contract.

  • Can you renovate while my business remains open?

    Yes. We have experience delivering phased commercial renovations that allow businesses to remain operational throughout. We schedule disruptive works (hacking, noisy trades) outside business hours and manage dust and access carefully to protect your day-to-day operations.
